Trying to view Tutorial on Animation - not working!

I get and error message when trying to play any of the tutorials in the Learning exchange  - specifically

the Animation Tutorials. It reads:

               Error loading player;

               Could not load player configuration.

I have the latest Flash Player loaded... Help?
